Men's Exercise Group
Get together with a group of friendly blokes and build crucial muscle and bone strength to help you keep doing the things you love. In this class you’ll utilise hand weights and use resistance bands to increase strength from head to toe.
This class caters to all levels of fitness. Plus, members enjoy gathering post class for a social cup of tea and a chat.
