If you are ready to take the plunge, the first thing you need to do is make an appointment with Erica, who can make the MAC referral for group social support on your behalf.
All we need is your Medicare card, your GP's details and about five minutes of your time.
After we sign you up, My Aged Care will call to confirm your consent and go through a series of questions with you. From there, the Regional Assessment Service (RAS) will get in touch to arrange your in-home assessment.
