Explore our halls, dining room, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms or activity spaces, which are surrounded by a lovely garden exterior with an enclosed playground nearby.

Balwyn Evergreen Centre has ongoing partners who rent our spaces for regular meetings, including the Balwyn Historical Society, Boroondara Chinese Senior Citizens, Hong Kong Club Tai Chi Group and the Melbourne Revival Fellowship.

Balwyn Evergreen Venue Hire Prices

20% discount on standard pricing for permanent bookings for community groups with 12-month agreements

Minimum 1 hour booking for the group entering in to a 12-month agreement

Minimum 2 hours for casual booking

Half day is 4 hours
-
Booking time includes set up and pack up time

All venue hire must end by 10pm and abide by the Balwyn Evergreen Venue Hire Agreement

All casual bookings will require a bond of $500, which will be refundable subject to approval from Balwyn Evergreen Centre

Booking preferences will be given to Boroondara community groups
